Building Regulation as a Life Skill
Regulate & Rise™ is a 6-week, developmentally supportive classroom program designed to help elementary students build emotional awareness, body-based regulation skills, and a shared classroom culture of calm and connection.
Using a gentle forest theme and the guiding character Ollie the Owl, students learn to name emotions, notice how feelings show up in their bodies, and practice simple, effective regulation strategies such as movement, breathing, and sensory tools. The program builds predictably week by week and culminates in the creation of a Regulation Station — a dedicated space that empowers students to choose tools that help their body and brain feel ready to learn.
