Rise Watch on YouTube.
Our goal is to make reliable, compassionate information accessible to more families—helping caregivers feel less alone and better equipped to support both their children and themselves.
Rise Watch is a free educational resource created to support caregivers, families, and individuals in the neurodivergent community. Through both short-form and long-form videos, we share practical guidance on emotional regulation, sensory needs, mindfulness, and understanding behavior—so families can feel more confident and supported in everyday life.
This channel is designed for parents, caregivers, educators, and adults navigating ADHD, sensory processing differences, emotional overwhelm, and nervous system regulation. Our videos focus on real-life strategies, caregiver support, guided regulation practices, and nervous system–informed tools that can be used at home, at school, or in daily routines.
