How to Pay for Rise Forward Services & Products.
Rise Forward Group offers flexible payment options to support individuals and families accessing our services and digital products. We currently accept Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) funds, private pay, and HSA/FSAfor qualifying services and products.
Arizona ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account).
Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program allows eligible families to use state education funds for approved educational services and materials. Many of our services and digital products qualify under ESA guidelines.

Depending on your student’s eligibility and ESA category, ESA funds may be used for:
NeuroLign Cognitive Training
Brain-based cognitive training programs
Educational digital products (such as Regulate & Rise™ when used in an educational setting)
Other qualifying educational supports
ESA eligibility may vary by student and category. Coaching services may or may not qualify depending on how they are classified by ESA at the time of purchase.

Most families use ESA funds through reimbursement or direct payment, depending on current ESA processes.
General process:
Family purchases or enrolls in a qualifying service or product
Rise Forward Group provides required documentation (invoice/receipt)
Family submits documentation through the ESA portal
ESA determines approval and reimbursement
Rise Forward Group does not determine ESA eligibility or approval.

Private pay offers the most flexibility and fastest access to services.
HSA / FSA (Qualifying Services & Products).
Some Rise Forward Group services and digital products may be eligible for Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) use.
Eligibility depends on your specific HSA/FSA plan
Families are responsible for confirming coverage with their plan administrator
We recommend retaining receipts and documentation for records
