Rise OT Evaluations are completed by a registered and licensed Master’s level Occupational Therapist. The evaluation provides a comprehensive look at the underlying skills that impact a child’s educational performance. This includes areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, and executive functioning—each of which plays an important role in how a child learns, participates, and completes tasks.

Rather than focusing on one area alone, the evaluation is designed to understand the full picture of what may be affecting a child’s success in their learning environment.

While all foundational skills are considered, Rise OT Evaluations have a specialized focus on executive functioning and how it influences attention, organization, behavior, and overall learning.

Families seek Rise OT evaluations to better understand why their child may be struggling with focus, behavior, or completing school tasks. Our evaluations provide clear answers and practical strategies to support learning, independence, and daily functioning.

These evaluations are designed for children who:

• Struggle with attention or focus

• Have difficulty with organization or completing tasks

• Experience behavioral or emotional regulation challenges

• Show challenges with handwriting, coordination, or other school-related skills

• Need support in home, homeschool, or school environments

• OT Evaluation - $400

• Family rates may be available for multiple children.

• Payment is required at the time of booking.
