Neuro Duo Sisters
We didn’t set out to just build a YouTube channel; we set out to fill a gap we both felt deeply.
Welcome to Neuro Duo Sisters. We are sisters bridging the gap between clinical expertise and lived neurodivergent experience.
Nancy (MSW) spent years navigating a world that wasn't built for her brain before a midlife realization of her own neurodivergence changed everything. Between her professional background and the lived experience of navigating a neurodivergent household, she knows the 'why' behind the struggle.
Michelle (OTR/L) is a Licensed and Registered Occupational Therapist who spends her career translating complex neuroscience into practical, real-world strategies. Together, we blend clinical expertise with authentic, lived experience.
